Happy Memorial Day (weekend)!

We've had the most fabulous last few days. We spent Sunday morning at the beach- enjoying all the holiday weekend chaos! Addison even made a new friend while we were there!

So great to catch up with Leanne and Matt. We miss them so much! Addison had fun playing with them at our house. Grammie and Papa came over to babysit while we had a delicious dinner at DaRuMa with Leanne and Matt. We reserve our DaRuMa trips for their visits... YUM!

Addison LOVES the American flag. Grammie and Papa had a HUGE one that was absolutely gorgeous. So proud to be an American!

So happy to spend time with family and friends, tired from a late night tonight; exhausted little girl.

The water play area was closed, so she played on the playground instead.
First time on the monkey bars. Although it looks like she's just hanging there, I have a VERY good grip on her. The little boy in the background is clearly wondering what is going on...

So I let Daddy take over...

Since the water area was closed, we let her find some shells in the water.

Having her after dinner snack of "puffs". These are crunchy snacks that she sometimes like to poke with her fork... not easy to poke, but she does it! Until she gets a little frustrated at the end. Notice at the beginning she tries to squeeze it but nothing happens.

Aaron was out of town this week, so I picked up Happy Meals for dinner on Tuesday ($1.99 at McDonalds). Addison had such fun carrying her box and straw in the house... and of course LOVED to eat her cheeseburger with extra pickles and french fries.

Addison called me in to tickle her. Notice about halfway through she grabs my hand to put it back on her tummy for more tickles! Funny video...

Daddy came home from a long day in Ft Myers on Thursday and helped Addison cook while I made dinner.

After the beach, Addison got out our bed pillows while I made lunch. She made her own bed in the living room.

After dinner on Friday night, we had a "dance party". Daddy turned on some good dancing music and we had lots of fun!

Addison got her puppy and doll out to dance, too.
