Thanksgiving and 2 months old!

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We traveled to Tallahassee and spent Thanksgiving with my parents, Aaron's parents, Amy, Chris and Isabella. Of course the girls went on their traditional day after Thanksgiving shopping trip which included getting Christmas pictures taken, seeing Santa, and shopping! Addison enjoyed sitting in Santa's lap, although she never really looked at him. Isabella, Addison's big cousin, showed her how it was done first. She told Santa what she wanted, then we put Addison on his lap with her. It was very cute.

It's hard to believe Addison will be 2 months old tomorrow. We took her for her check up and shots on Wednesday. She was a trooper! Aaron held her hands while I looked on. She screamed, but not as badly as we had imagined. She recovered quickly as soon as Aaron could pick her up. To our surprise, she was her happy self all day on Wednesday! We were expecting a crabby baby, but she definitely surprised us! She has been sleeping through the night about every other night. If we put her to bed around 830 or 900, she usually doesn't wake up until 500! She held that routine for about 5 nights straight, but now it's about every other night. She now weighs a whopping 11 pounds 6 ounces and is 22 1/4 inches long. She is growing and changing so much lately. She's no longer able to wear newborn clothes- now she's into the 0-3 months!

We are so excited to celebrate Addison's first Christmas. We look forward to seeing family and friends in the upcoming weeks. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
