Pool

On Sunday, Addison put her feet in Grammie and Papa's pool for the first time. The water was a little chilly since it had rained that day, but she loved splashing and watching Isabella splash. It won't be long before she's in there swimming around!!! She is having so much fun spending the week with Isabella and Grammie. Isabella woke up this morning at 545 and said "Grandma I have to babysit Addison today." She is such a good cousin :-)

Here are some more pictures from this week. Addison is very interested in eating "food" (she's still on formula)- we're waiting until her 6 month birthday to start rice cereal and solids. She watches us very carefully when we eat or drink anything. So we gave her a sippy cup with a little water in it the other night. She LOVED it.

Grammie and Papa Lucas gave her a bunny shirt to wear. It's a good thing they didn't save it for Easter, because she probably wouldn't fit in it! We put it on her the other morning and she was so happy to model it for us. Enjoy your week!

Weekend Pictures

Our weekend started on Friday- Addison had a playdate with her friend, Melanie. The 2 girls played on a blanket in the fresh air (at the park) while the Mommys chatted over a picnic lunch. I only took a few pictures with my camera, so hopefully we'll get some others soon. Melanie is 4 days older than Addison. They had a great time laughing at eachother.

On Saturday we went on our weekend walk over the Ringling Bridge then had a picnic afterwards. The weather has been so nice- we had to take advantage of it. Addison even ate her lunch while overlooking the water. We went and visited Grandma Kerry and Grandpa Barry after our walk.

This morning we went to Church, then to breakfast afterwards with Grammie and Papa Lucas. During Church, Addison wasn't content sitting in her carseat. She is quite the social butterfly and loves to socialize with the people at Church. At The Broken Egg, Addison sat in a highchair for the first time- she didn't last long because she wanted to look around and couldn't quite turn around in the chair.

A Fun Day

Today we went to the park to celebrate Addison's friend's (our neighbor) 1st birthday. It was a beautiful day. Addison enjoyed the fresh air and loved watching the kids play. Here are some pictures from our fun Sunday.
