Christmas at Lakewood Ranch Main Street

We had a great time on Friday at the Lakewood Ranch Christmas Festival. They had all kinds of fun things to see and do. We had to bundle up because it was pretty chilly out, but that made it feel like Christmas! Here are some pictures from our fun time.

Waiting in line for Santa. She was very comfy with her blanket on. We were in a store as she was getting in her stroller, I laughed and said to Papa "better get her bundled up for the snow"! Guess I shouldn't have said that, because after that she asked where the snow was about 20 times.

But she was thrilled to get a candy cane from him!

Addison and her Bitty Baby. She named her "Liz" but calls her "Lizzie", too! Matching jammies are so comfy and cute!

Addison had a 24 hour bug that took us to the ER. It's amazing that you'd never even know she had a fever 2 days later! Here she is taking a nap in our bed the day after our ER trip. She slept for 4 hours!
Decorating the tree. She saw me using her bench and had to take her turn. She is very good about not touching the ornaments or using a "one finger touch" that Grammie taught her. We let her put a few UNBREAKABLE ornaments on and she got to help decorate the tree in her room. Pictures to come later :-)

What a fun several days!

We had such a fun time over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Here are some pictures. Starting out with Addison opening her very first American Girl Doll- A Bitty Baby- from our dear friends, Mike and Patti. This was on Wednesday when we got to Tallahassee and went over to their house for a visit.

Addison had to get BACK on Santa's lap to tell him what she wants for Christmas.

Aaron and I treated Addison and Isabella to a Build A Bear Moose. Both girls made one, Addison named hers "Moosie" and Isabella named hers "Addison". Addison was a little skeptical of the stuffing machine- it was pretty loud.

Aaron and I went to his boss, Kevin's 40th Bday party on Friday night. We had a super fun time with very nice people. We love them- like our 2nd family!

Addison was full of energy when we got home from the game. She had so much fun with everyone while we were gone. It's so nice to be able to say goodbye, give hugs and not worry about her being sad. She loves her Grammie and Papa! Aunt Amy and Isabella spending the day with them was such a bonus!
