Mother's Day

I had a wonderful 2nd Mother's Day. It started with a delicious breakfast (cooked by Aaron) and thoughtful gifts, then we headed over to my parents' to swim. Aaron and Addison took me to Bonefish for dinner- YUM. We had a great day and I am so thankful for all the blessings God has put into my life.

Addison decided she wanted to blow bubbles like Mommy! She put her face in the water many times without us asking... she's getting brave!

Spoiled

Addison had quite the day with Grammie and Papa today. She visited Great Grandma Lucas who gave her a chocolate chip cookie to eat in the car on her way to McDonald's to pick up a Happy Meal with a toy that included a mirror and comb- so she could watch herself while she made her hair pretty. She watched one of her favorite shows on tv with a giant bear that belongs to Grammie, then went to the Dollar Store after her nap to get a balloon and some stickers. Wow- lucky girl to be spoiled so!!

Addison had a fun time at Bounce U on Friday. Her friend, Melanie came too! Then Addison had her first swim lesson at Grammie and Papa's house. We have lots to work on this week. Addison loves to play in the pool, but when it comes time to do "work" she gets very unhappy!
